Porndesign - Paranoiac Mapping For A Desire Manifesto
, 2021, 176 pages.

Developing reflections at the chore of my work ‘Porndesign’ is a book built in two parts, one of text and one of images, both making their own point. Through both parts, the book proposes to consider all man-made surfaces that cover our world as one singular object shaped by specific ideologies and practices. Posing to itself an unsolvable paranoïde question, the book is first of all a literary gesture that portrays the impossibility of encapsulating reality into a graspable logical system while living in today’s ever more complicated and connected world.

Playing with dizzying juxtapositions of scale, simultaneously zooming in to the intimate and out to the transnational, ‘Porndesign’ articulates a constellation of concepts, which map the entanglement of images and desire in the context of accelerated and networked form of capitalism while questioning what we consider to be true or real.
